Terhi Karasjärvi - New General Manager for Confirma Finland

Confirma Software is pleased to announce the appointment of Terhi Karasjärvi as General Manager for Confirma Finland. 

Terhi Karasjärvi brings extensive experience from the B2B software and SaaS industry, with a strong track record in driving profitable growth, commercial excellence, customer value, and high-performing teams. 

Before joining Confirma, Terhi Karasjärvi spent 18 years at Visma, where she held several leadership positions. Throughout her career, she has also gained broad experience in business transformation, M&A, and post-acquisition integration. 

What attracted her to Confirma was the opportunity to bring together strong local software businesses, deep customer relationships, and a shared ambition to build something even stronger across Finland. In her role, she looks forward to working closely with the Finnish teams and the wider Confirma organization to create value for customers, strengthen collaboration, and drive sustainable growth. 

Outside of work, Terhi has a strong passion for movement and wellbeing. With a background in group fitness, she sees many parallels between sports and business – the importance of energy, discipline, teamwork, and a continuous drive to improve. Terhi enjoys spending time with family and friends. She thrives on good company, meaningful conversations, and an active lifestyle.
