Confirma Software Strengthens Its Danish Organization by creating a new structurally integrated entity including Admind, Care and Etrack.
Confirma Software is implementing a strategic reorganization in Denmark by combining the teams Admind, Care, and Etrack into a single unit. The new structure is organized around functions that align with the Group’s overall framework and is designed to generate volume-driven synergies while maximizing the use of individual specialist competencies.
Individually, the three teams are relatively small, but together they will achieve greater volume, enhancing flexibility, delivery capacity, and the effective use of expertise. The new functional structure also clarifies roles and responsibilities vertically, frees up capacity, and strengthens cross-team collaboration. This enables a more strategic perspective on the market and the Group’s product roadmaps.

SmartTID continues as a separate team and its CEO Kent Weel Sørensen will be part of the management group in Denmark, reporting to Thomas Drewes. SmartTID is functionally integrated and part of the group processes and playbooks, e.g. sales processes and common systems, e.g. Hubspot. Many of the efficiencies generated by the new structure can also be leveraged by SmartTID.
The reorganization also establishes a new leadership team in Denmark consisting of Cathrine Ekelund, Oliver Barnow Jagd and Thayalan Rajagopalan:
Cathrine Ekelund will be responsible for Product Operations, encompassing product ownership and product management, with a dotted-line reporting to the Group’s product organization led by Glenn Bishop.
Thayalan Rajagopalan will manage all developers and engineers across the three teams, also with a dotted-line reporting to Glenn Bishop.
Oliver Barnow Jagd will oversee Sales and Marketing, reporting to Group functions led by Robert Lindell (VP of Sales) and Richard Willberg (VP of Marketing). Oliver will also lead the combined Customer Success unit, which integrates the existing support teams and will be looking into unlocking volume-driven efficiency gains, particularly through standardization and improved system support.
Kent Weel Sørensen will continue to lead the SmartTID team and focuses on sales of the SmartTID solutions and management of the team.
This reorganization strengthens Confirma’s position in the Danish market and creates a platform for greater scalability, clearer accountability, and long-term growth.
