Confirma Software Acquires Timezynk AB to Strengthen Its Offering in Workforce Management

 Confirma Software today announced the acquisition of Timezynk AB, a provider of a time management system offering scheduling, time tracking, and billing data functionality. The acquisition is a strategic step in the continued development of Confirma’s product portfolio and further strengthens the company’s position in the Scandinavian market.

The acquisition expands Confirma’s end-to-end offering and creates new opportunities for customers to streamline processes related to workforce planning, time reporting, and administration.

In Sweden, Timezynk will become part of Crona’s offering, complementing existing solutions and strengthening the overall value proposition in the Swedish market.

Timezynk also sees the acquisition as a positive next step in its development.
