Confirma Software acquires Friskus AS and SmartTID ApS
Confirma Software is pleased to announce the acquisition of Friskus AS in Norway and SmartTID ApS in Denmark. This is Confirma Software´s seventeenth and eighteenth acquisitions.

With the two acquisition, Confirma Software has proforma LTM revenue of more than € 65 million and more than 400 employees
SmartTID ApS is focused on delivering smart time recording and registration systems for manufacturing, agricultural, transportation nad logistics customers. The company has 14 employees and is based in Grindsted in Denmark.
Friskus AS is focused on providing solutions to municipalities that makes participation in activities for the young and seniors easier. The activity calendar can incorporate both the municipality driven activities as well as those arranged by community sports teams and volunteer organizations. The company has 5 employees and is based in Voss/Bergen in Norway.
