Account Manager to Artvise

We are looking for a committed Account Manager for sales in the public sector. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for the sale of our software in Sweden. You will primarily work with the products Civis and Friskus for Compilo, and report to the sales manager for Civis and Friskus. Read more about these products at www.civisapp.se and www.friskus.com

Job duties

- Prospecting and sales of Civis and Friskus to municipalities in Sweden

- Advisory sales to new and existing customers

- Mapping potential customers and customer segments

- Product presentation in meetings, both physical and online

- Negotiation of agreements/contracts with customers

- Participation in conferences in Sweden

- Conduct webinars and follow up on participants

- Implementation and training of customers

This is a position with a long-term perspective where responsibilities and tasks will develop in line with your growth in the role. We target the public sector, which requires patience and sustained effort over time. You must understand or learn how public procurement works, and be involved in the process from request to contract. Our overall goal is to get all Swedish municipalities to implement our products, Civis and Friskus.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with higher education and preferably a few years of work experience in sales. You are a learner, goal-oriented and hard-working person who thrives in teamwork and is skilled at building and maintaining relationships.

We are looking for you who have/are:

- Some form of post-secondary education.

- Experience of B2B sales or sales to the public sector

- Communicates fluent Swedish, both verbally and in writing

- Experience from the municipal sector is advantageous

Personality

To be successful in the role, we see that you possess the following skills/characteristics:

- Good at driving processes, efficient planning of your time and ensuring progress in projects

- A good relationship builder both internally and externally

- Structured and with good work ability

- Be patient as sales cycles can be long

- Higher education is desirable, but relevant work experience can replace this requirement
