Technical Customer Consultant to Quick Systems

We are looking for a talented person who will be responsible for the structural and systematic handling of existing and potential customers' capital goods sales. 

We are looking for you who may have worked as a Workshop Manager or Aftermarket Manager in the car industry in the past, who has good IT skills and are passionate about playing customers good.

 

Work assignments

  • Assist customers with courses, advice and user experience of our sales system

  • Help customers utilize our systems' potential as a sales tool for capital goods sales

  • Responsibility for supplier integrations and certifications

  • Manage vehicle models, equipment packages, applications etc.

  • Have a close dialogue with suppliers and partners

  • Collection and analysis of data

  • Create course material and internal documentation

 

Your qualifications:

  • Higher education is not a requirement, but desirable

  • Relevant experience with Sales and IT competence

  • Having industry knowledge within the car and motor industry is an advantage, but not a requirement

  • Has good computer skills (some SQL competence is an advantage, but not a requirement)

  • Has good technical understanding

  • You are outgoing and like customer contact, you like to build good relations

  • Works in a structured way

  • Has good communication skills and thrives as an advisor and supporter

  • Can communicate fluently in both Norwegian and English

  • The position reports to CEO

  • Some travelling and remote work must be expected

  • Home office is possible for this position if necessary. But we appreciate meeting colleagues at the office and think this is important both for the social aspect and for the exchange of expertise.
