Project manager - Customer manager to Extend
Do you want to help implement the Quality System at many different customers? We are in a period of strong turnover growth, have solid results and want to develop further. To help develop the company further and contribute to capturing even more new customers, we are looking for a committed project manager/customer manager.
Main areas of responsibility will be:
Project manager responsibility for new and existing customers
Adviser in relation to quality and improvement processes at customers
Sales of software and consulting services to new and existing customers, including new sales, implementation of product demonstrations, preparation of offers and tenders.
Wanted qualifications:
Relevant College/University education
Experience with implementing a quality system
Experience and good results from sales and development of existing customers
Knowledge of LEAN processes and ISO standards
Good technical understanding and ability to connect companies' needs for improvement and quality assurance, towards solutions in a quality system

About the employer
Extend AS was established in 1996 and delivers our self-developed, flexible web-based quality system EQS to over 300 customers and over 300,000 users. EQS is the market leader in a number of industries and delivers to both large and small customers in the private and public sector. The company is located at the Leiv Erikson center in Trondheim and has 15 employees who work with support, software development, marketing, sales and advisory services. Extend AS is owned by Confirma Software AB and together with them represents Norway's largest environment for quality systems and a large Nordic system development environment.
