New Group CFO in Confirma Software

Confirma Software is pleased to announce the appointment of Mikael Kjærgaard as Group CFO.

Mikael has previously held CFO roles at itm8 A/S and Falck A/S. In these roles, Mikael has gained significant experience in managing and building complex Nordic organizations growing through acquisitions. During his tenure, he has overseen 20 acquisitions and two private equity exits, contributing to a sevenfold business growth through both organic expansion and M&A. He has led the integration of acquired businesses, realized synergies, optimized financial operations and managed the leverage package, while maintaining strong stakeholder communication with banks and investors. Mikael assumed his position on August 1st, 2025, reporting to our CEO.
He is a Danish national who enjoys running as the chosen form of exercise.
