Customer Support Specialist to DL Software

We are searching a meticulous and energetic person to join our customer support team in our head office in Vaasa.

You will work in Suvilahti with versatile tasks within our customer support. As part of our growing team, you will support, train and deliver our solutions to current and new customers.

You will be in daily contact with customers by telephone and via the DL customer portal. Hence, you will be in an excellent position to develop and make our customers everyday lives more efficient with our software solutions. We support users in questions regarding to software and technical solutions that are part of our product portfolio.

What we look for in a future colleague

  • A positive and outgoing attitude and willingness to learn new things,

  • Knowledge of financial management or information technology,

  • Previous experience with corresponding tasks and ERP systems is a big advantage,
